With the production of contrast agents, which are highly concentrated solutions, SANOCHEMIA has focused on a technically challenging niche. In future, SANOCHEMIA also intends to use the know-how acquired for this purpose for new products in the finished products segment. \u201cOur train concept with a series of approach rooms allows flexible production at a very high production level,\u201d says CEO Dr. Timo Bender.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During production, all parts in contact with the product are used for only one product group. \u201cThis approach, combined with our in-depth know-how in the analytical field, allows us to offer a broad production range as well as high-quality output,\u201d adds plant manager Dr Beate K\u00e4lz.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SANOCHEMIA also places great emphasis on the continuous improvement of product and process quality. \u201cWe have set ourselves the goal of meeting the high-quality requirements of the American FDA in 2021\/2022,\u201d emphasises Dr. Timo Bender. \u201cImportant milestones for this are the introduction of an innovative paperless QMS system and, above all, a fundamental qualification and validation upgrade of all equipment, software components and facilities in our sterile production as well as in our analytical laboratory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>High-performance production no longer means more of the same, as in the past, but more variety and flexibility.
